Chief Executive Officer

Ron Davis quickly broke every record in his market as a B2B salesman at FNF, an $8B company, and was recognized nationally each year as a top sales person. READ MORE >

He drove several successful cross-functional initiatives that significantly improved his customers' experiences. Ron also developed and led a coaching and teaching program for his clients based on Gallup’s “Strengthsfinder”. Ron taught at Harvard College as a Teaching Fellow. He earned a JD, with honors, from Harvard Law School, and an MS in Educational Leadership from the University of Oregon. Ron was also a semi-finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship.

Chief Operations Officer

Hanna Adeyema brings over a decade of experience in technology marketing and commercializiation. READ MORE >

Hanna began her career at a think tank, researching technology trends. There she got involved in a semantic software spinoff and has loved startups ever since. She went on to work as a consultant, advising top universities, the federal government, startups and many world-beating companies like P&G, Texas Instruments, Dow Corning, and Avon. There, she helped them bring cutting edge technologies to market and won an innovation award from NASA. During the summer of 2011, Hanna worked with a USAID –funded project to promote remote Internet access in Indonesia. She earned her MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and an MA from the University of Sussex, UK.

Chief Technology Officer

John Vogel has 20+ of experience working with startups. It began with a Silicon Valley medical imaging startup, which was later acquired. READ MORE >

He had caught the "startup bug" and has worked for small and young software companies ever since. After advancing from software engineer to a VP of Engineering in the Valley, he moved to Seattle where he has provided leadership for 6 startups. These include his work as the CTO of GoAhead Software (acquired by Oracle), Tideworks Technology and CTO/Founder at Four Creeks, (later acquired by OneCommand). He has led local and distributed teams ranging in size from 1-60 and still actively codes. John began his engineering studies at Rose-Hulman, and then earned his Ph.D. in Engineering from Stanford.

Chief Marketing Officer

Mariann McDonagh was responsible for product management, brand strategy, demand generation and channel development at cloud software player, inContact (NASDAQ:SAAS). READ MORE >

In five years as the Chief Marketing Officer at inContact, Mariann significantly changed the competitive contact center marketplace, firmly establishing inContact as the leading brand in the market and helping to drive their stock price up by a factor of 4. Prior to inContact, Mariann served for more than six years as Senior Vice President of corporate marketing for Verint Systems. Mariann’s 30 year career in high-tech and software marketing also includes tenures with CMP Media, Computer Associates and Cheyenne Software. Mariann is a frequent industry speaker and contributor on cloud, marketing and customer experience and was named one of the most influential women in marketing in 2013 by DM News. She is President and CEO of McDonagh Growth Associates, a rapidly expanding growth consulting business.
